EXIT Realty, A Smart Move Lenders

About Noah Neumark

My name is Noah Neumark and I work with both buyers and sellers of residential properties throughout the Denver area. I know that the experience of buying or selling a home can be a distressing endeavor, especially for a first time home buyer. As an agent at Exit Realty DTC, we provide personable and reliable guidance making the process an enjoyable experience.

Based in Centennial of Arapahoe County, my neighborhoods of emphasis include Ridgeview Hills North, Via Del Sol, Nob Hill, King’s Point / Belaire, and Dream House Acres, and surrounding areas of Littleton, Centennial, Greenwood Village, and Highlands Ranch.

Our team collectively has over 50 years of experience in resale and new homes. Our DTC office ranks in the top 1000 brokerages across the United States according to the Swanepoel Mega 1000. We also won the EXIT International award for #3 largest grossing multiple office for 2019.

“As a client of Noah Neumark, I would like to give a shout out to him for his superior communication abilities. Noah listens and works diligently to provide best-in-class service and informed advice. I highly recommend Noah as your advocate and partner in business.” - Mariah R., Denver, CO

Since the day I joined the Exit Realty DTC office, it was clear that it was not a typical place of business. What you find is a team of collaborative agents, that help each other grow their businesses and trade useful knowledge they have learned in the field. With our collective expertise, there is never a question left unanswered. The office provides our agents with top-of-class tools for marketing and research, which in turn, helps clients find the right home for the right price, or sell their property with effective market exposure.

Growing up with a family-run business of apartment rentals, real estate and property management have always been a part of my background. My father was a building contractor, and he always showed me creative solutions to home design. Working for several years as a draftsman at an architecture studio gave me a deep understanding of building construction and an appreciation for well constructed buildings. I received a B.A. in Urban Studies and City Planning at the University of California at Berkeley. I also have a background in web development and computer programming, and I have strengths in online marketing. I am excited to bring this perspective to my clients as I help them through the process of buying or selling a home.
