REcolorado March 2020 Market Statistics

As Covid-19 is drastically affecting the way real estate transactions are conducted, REcolorado report for March shows that the market has not been damaged by the economic downturn.... yet.  

As compared with last year in March, most of the numbers have held steady with a slight increase in number of closed listings, more new listings, and homes continue to appreciate.

Will it hold steady in April?  We shall see, and I will report back at the beginning of May with a status.
